We do not sell any devices on, we only purchase them.

We have a huge range of devices listed on our website, but sometimes we might not be able to list all devices (such as Windows Laptop or Android Phones).

Device Condition / Description

Select the ‘water damaged’ option, and we will send you an email if there are revisions to the quoted price according to the severity of the liquid damage (which can sometimes affect more than 1 component).

If you are not happy about the revised offer, we can send it back to you for free.

We try our best to list all the faults on our website, however we might have missed out some. You can simply choose a fault which is closest to your device, we will assess it and let you know about the revised price (Might be more or less than the initial quoted value). We DO NOT take any IMEI locked devices. Any device with IMEI locked will be reported to the authorities, and may be disposed as e-waste. We will not return any locked or stolen devices.


Currently there are 3 ways to send in your device, Self Post with reply paid address, prepaid satchel and drop off in our Melbourne Cbd office (412/ 530, Little Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, 3000). All of the methods above are FREE SHIPPING.

Please make sure your device is well protected. We recommend using bubble wrap to pack the device, and then to use a mailing box. While we provide free shipping, we do not cover the cost of packing material.

If you requested to send your device by prepaid satchel, it may take 5-7 business days to reach you. Satchels are despatched within 24h, but the transit times depends on Australia Post.

We send the satchels through the Australia Post network. If you are in a rush to get paid, please do not select this option, it will be faster if you select self post option or drop it off at our Melbourne CBD office (Level 40, 140 william street, Melbourne CBD - Appointment required).


We normally process payment release our funds within 8 business Hours of receiving the device. We will send you a email once we receive the device, and once again after we complete the assessment of your device, please make sure you do check your email, including spam folder, otherwise payment might be delayed.

We provide payment through EFT bank transfer, payID or PayPal (PayPal fees apply). We do not pay cash.

Bank Payments

If you have selected to be paid via Bank payment , it can take up to 72 hours for it to arrive into your bank account. If it has been more than 24 hours it is likely that the details provided to us were incorrect, or sometimes our staff might make mistakes as well. Don’t worry, all you need to do is simply submit an enquiry in our help centre and our staff will get in touch to resolve the issue. Include your BSB and Account number for faster resolution.


Any payment which exceeds $500 AUD, might be delayed, as some banks place holds to run security checks. If you have not received your payment 24 hours after receiving the payment confirmation, kindly let us know, our lovely staff will definitely help you.
